Banyan Street Capital and the investment team from New York based EII Realty Corp. (EIIRC) formed Banyan Street Real Estate Funds LLC (“BSREF”) in early 2019. BSREF’s team will continue to invest in value add and opportunistic strategies through commingled funds, separate accounts, and direct investments.
